MESSAGE TO ALL LIBRARY BORROWERS:
A big thank-you to everyone who returned books last week! It was great to see so many books come back! If you weren’t able to drop off your books, not to worry. You can bring them in when the school re-opens, no problem.
THERE WILL BE NO OVERDUE FINES GENERATED WHILE THE SCHOOL IS CLOSED.
We recommend using the Password Manager service so that you are able to reset your password from any location.
All students are encouraged to activate the TDSB’s Password Manager service. This will allow students to reset/activate/unlock their accounts independently, making the semester turnover process run a little bit smoother next time.
The Sir Wilfrid Laurier Collegiate Institute Library & Learning Commons lies at the centre of the school.
The collection of print resources has been curated to support the varied needs of the school community. Our collection of electronic resources are available 24/7, providing our community members with essential access to high-level research and other academic tools.
At the core of our programming is a commitment to discovery and inquiry. This commitment drives our resource acquisition as well as our instructional philosophy.
We are committed to the idea that the community is bettered through a greater understanding of the world around it.
Our mandate is to help students acquire, analyze and interact with information on a local, national and international scale.
This tutorial covers the basic functions in the Library and how to navigate the different services provided. Created by Junior Librarian, Arunemathi Shanmugam.
