Your Teacher Librarians

Sir Wilfrid Laurier’s Library & Learning Commons (LLC) is staffed by Ms. Vilicic and Mr. Kosowan.

Library & Learning Commons Staff work with staff and students to promote information literacy. Lessons on Citation, Effective Research Strategies, Software Use are only a small sampling of the many ways in which our school community is supported by LLC staff.

Additionally, our staff are happy to provide book talks to classes, covering the many different genres in our Library.

Historically, they are assisted by the Junior Librarians, who work in the Library to earn volunteer hours and better the school community. After months of being sidelined, thanks to the pandemic, our Jr. Librarian Team is now over 30 students who are working every day to help maintain the Library for everyone who wants to use it.
