Submitting the Paper to Managebac

Submitting your E.E. to the I.B. might seem like a difficult process, but it really isn’t.

All you need to do is log into Managebac.

Find the deadline for the Extended Essay.
Hint: This will be in December at some point.

Upload the file. Once. Please do not upload it several times. This doesn’t help you. I promise.

Please ensure that the file is uploaded as a PDF to protect any and all formatting you’ve done.

Measure twice and cut once.

This means read over your file multiple times to ensure it is as error-free as it can be before you submit the file.

When it is time to submit your Extended Essay for assessment, you'll need to find the deadline on the Managebac Calendar. While the deadlien will be in December, but the date here is for illustrative purposes only.
You'll have to include a file, that is no larger than 40MB. It must be either a MS Word file or a PDF. If submitting a PDF, ensure that you keep a Word file in case of file corruption.
Once you see that the file has been uploaded, it will show up in your Dropbox and a Turn It In report will be generated shortly thereafter. Do not submit and resubmit your essay multiple times to try to game the Turn It In system, it will only result in a chaotic mess.
Notice that two files were uploaded. Do NOT do this. It will create uncertainty of which file should be submitted to the I.B., which could lead to serious problems for your IB Diploma.
